On November 2nd, 2021 the City open bids for the A.W. Grimes Boulevard North Bound Right Turn Lanes. Patin was the low bidder at $611,487.60.
Change Order #1 consisted of changing the bases for our illumination poles to a better rated system and a higher standard throughout the A.W. Grimes section. This Change Order #1 was for $3,570.00. The total contract price was $615,057.60.
This QA/CO #2 is for all the overages and unders of the contract items, among those are a traffic signal pole and arm, heads shades and everything associated with installing a new signal pole. The overages are some block sod and some flat concrete work. The total for this change order #2 is ($95,245.00) bringing the total contract price to $519,812.60.
