Title

Consider a resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute a Professional Consulting Services Agreement with Raba Kistner, Inc. for construction materials testing services for the Recreation Complex - Old Settlers Buildout Project.

 

Body

As required by the Texas State Statutes, a governmental entity shall provide or contract for the construction materials engineering, testing, and inspection services for construction. This Professional Consulting Services Agreement with Raba Kistner, Inc. is for construction materials and testing services associated with the Old Settlers Park Athletic Performance Center project. Raba Kistner, Inc has successfully completed materials testing for the City on past projects.

 

Cost: $152,407.33
