QT South, LLC, has requested annexation into the City of Round Rock's corporate limits. The subject parcel, comprised of 8.531 acres, is currently located in the extraterritorial jurisdiction and meets contiguity requirements pursuant to local government code. The property owner has requested voluntary annexation for an existing fuel station to allow for an amendment to an existing out-of-city service agreement at another location. The out-of-city service agreement amendment will be considered as a separate agenda item, as will the zoning for this tract.
