Consider a resolution adopting an amended Community Development Block Grant funds Citizen Participation Plan (CPP) to include the processes related to emergency and declaration of disaster.

This resolution will amend the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Citizen Participation Plan. The Citizen Participation Plan (CPP) is a document that prescribes the public input process related to required federal reports for the City of Round Rock's Office of Community Development CDBG program such as the Annual Action Plan and the Consolidated Annual Performance and Evaluation Report (CAPER) for the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) funding. The CPP must now be amended to include the processes in the case of an emergency or declaration of disaster during the development or amendment of these plans. Language has been added to page 2 of the document.
