Title

Consider a resolution authorizing the renewal and rate confirmation of the City's Long Term Disability Policy with Madison National Life Insurance Company, Inc. for the period of January 1, 2026 through December 31, 2027.

 

Body

Long Term Disability Benefits is an employer provided benefit for all benefits eligible employees.  This will reduce the waiting period for long term disability benefits for employees from 180 days to 90 days.

 

Cost: The total estimated cost for the two year term is $350,000.00
