Title
Consider a resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute Quantity Adjustment/Change Order No. 1 with Capital Excavation Company for the Wyoming Springs Segment 1 Project.
Body
The new Wyoming Springs Segment 1 roadway project will connect the existing Wyoming Springs Boulevard at its intersection with Creek Bend Boulevard/Brightwater Boulevard to the intersection with FM 3406/Old Settlers Boulevard.
Quantity Adjustment/Change Order (QA/CO) NO. 1 includes the following items:

The new design proposes the use of the new modified TX54 girders to construct a stronger and more stable fascia panel connection. These design changes will also improve the safety and longevity of the structure. Cost for this item is $96,642.00.
