The General Services Department will establish a one-time purchase with TK Elevator Corporation for elevator modernization at the Baca Center needed to support City operations.
With this agreement, TK Elevator Corporation will perform a partial replacement of the elevator and its components at the Baca Senior Facility. The current elevator has reached its life expectancy, thus we are experiencing continual issues and maintenance.
This contract was established through a competitively solicited cooperative process.
Cost: $145,320.92
