This agreement will establish a contract between the City of Round Rock and Clifford Power Systems for the maintenance and repair of standby generators dispersed throughout the city. The vendor was selected based on their proposal submitted in response to the City of Round Rock Request For Proposal (RFP) No. 25-023. There were four bidders and each was evaluated by a review board based on the basis of work experience, costs, solution approach and responsiveness. The review board elected a dual award separated by fund sources. Clifford Power System being contracted to service and repair all Utilities Fund funded generators and American Generator Service being contracted to perform maintenance and repairs primarily on all General Fund funded generators.
Dual contract, 5 year agreement.
Cost: $1,250,000.00 ($250,000 per year)
