Title

Consider authorizing the Mayor to execute an Agreement with Discount Hitch & Truck Accessories for the purchase of trailers, truck beds, vehicle accessories and repair services.

 

Body

This agreement will establish a contract between the City of Round Rock and “Discount HItch & Truck Accessories for the purchase of trailers, truck beds, repair services and associated supplies used in the acquisition, maintenance and repair of City owned vehicles. This agreement was competitively bid as Request For Proposal (RFP) - 25031 and Discount Hitch & Truck Accessories was selected as the best value to the city. This 60 month agreement will establish an authorized source for the City of Round Rock to purchase a wide variety of trailers, truck beds, related accessories and repair services.

 

This is a dual contract.

 

Cost: $3,000,000.00

Source of Funds: Vehicle Replacement Funds & Utility Fund
