This agreement is to establish a contract with Ace Floor Solutions for the purchase of Carpet & Tile Flooring needed to support our General Services Department and the City of Round Rock in accordance with the Buyboard Cooperative Contract No. 561-18. The cost of $240,000 for this agreement was based off off worst case scenarios in case the City had any major damages to a building. This contract is a goods and service contract in which the city will not spend any money on the goods and services if they're not needed.
Cost: $240,000.00 (for the two year agreement)
