Consider a resolution authorizing the City Manager to issue a purchase order to Crafco, Inc. for the purchase of crack seal machines.

With this Agreement, General Services Department will purchase two Crafco Supershot 250 model crack seal machines. The new machines will be direct replacements for existing crack seal machine numbers 180045 and 180046, which have reached the end of their life expectancy. This purchasing agreement is made in accordance with Sourcewell contract # 020625-CFC.
Cost: $159,568.80
