Title

Consider a resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute an Agreement with Mobotrex, LLC for the purchase of traffic signal systems and safety barrier products.

 

Body

This contract will allow the Transportation Division of the Public Works Department to purchase highway safety traffic control products from Mobotrex, LLC to upgrade and replace as needed to support City Traffic Signal Operations in accordance with BuyBoard Contract NO. 795-26.

 

This is a three year contract with a not-to exceed amount of $2,500,000.

 

 

Cost: $2,500,000.00
