Title

Consider a resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute an Agreement with U.S. Bank National Association, a subsidiary of U.S. Bancorp d/b/a "Voyager Fleet System" and related documents for the purchase of fleet card services.

Body

With this agreement, the General Services Department will establish  a contract with U.S. Bank National Association, a subsidiary of  U.S. Bancorp DBA Voyager Fleet Systems for the purchase of fuel for city vehicles.  The Voyager fuel card will be our second fuel card in place in the city and will come with a software for us to track fuel usage. The Voyager card also gives the city a rebate of 1.5% .

This contract was established through a competitively solicited cooperative process.  Contract expires April 30, 2024.

Cost: $1,200,000.00
