Consider a resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute a Guaranteed Price Amendment to the Construction Manager at Risk Standard Form of Agreement between the City and SpawGlass Contractors, Inc. for the Old Settlers Buildout Project - Multipurpose Complex Expansion and Improvement (Package 3D).

 

The Multipurpose Complex Expansion, Package 3D, consists of constructing 4 synthetic turf fields, 1 natural grass championship field, 1 synthetic turf championship field, player amenity building with grandstands, 2 restroom/storage buildings, concession operations building, and associated parking. The guaranteed maximum price for the Multipurpose Complex Expansion, Package 3D, is $49,728,161.00. With Council’s approval construction can begin mid-November 2025 and be substantially complete by April 1, 2027.

 

Cost: $49,728,161.00

Source of Funds: 2023 General Obligation Bonds; Future Certificate of Obligation Bonds; Hotel Occupancy Tax Fund
