Consider a resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute a Guaranteed Price Amendment to the Construction Manager at Risk Standard Form of Agreement between the City and SpawGlass Contractors, Inc. for the Old Settlers Buildout Project-Harrell Parkway (Package 3A.3).

Body

Harrell Parkway Package 3A.3 is the final package and GMP for the Harrell Parkway project. This Package is the road section and bridge over Chandler Branch, removing the low water crossing, and constructing a new bridge above the flood plain. The project also includes pedestrian sidewalk connections for North and South of Chandler Branch, providing safe passage on sidewalks under the new bridge. The guaranteed maximum price for Package 3A.3 is $7,072,999.00. With Council’s approval construction can begin in January 2025 and be substantially complete by December 18, 2026.
