Consider a resolution authorizing the renewal and rate confirmation of the City's Short Term Disability Policy with Madison National Life Insurance Company, Inc. for the period of January 1, 2026 through December 31, 2027.

Short Term Disability benefits are voluntary benefits for benefits eligible employees. There is no cost to the City for these benefits. This will reduce the maximum pay out of short term benefits for employees from 180 days to 90 days.
