The RFP solicitation was advertised and a total of 4 vendor responses were received. It has been determined that Heat Transfer Solutions, offers the best value to the City.
General Services Department will establish a trades contract with Heat Transfer Solutions for mechanical related construction, repair, and maintenance needs to support city facility operations.
This is a dual award for a four year term. MPS was awarded the other part of the Dual award at the end of last year.
Cost: $1,200,000.00
