The original contract with K Friese & Associates prepared a preliminary roadway schematic and identified the additional required right-of-way corridor location and configuration of Kenney Fort Boulevard from US 79 to Old Settlers Boulevard. The amount of the contract was $450,961.00

Supplemental Contract No. 1 with K Friese & Associates provided Plans, Specifications, and Construction Phase Services for a 24-inch water transmission main to be constructed along Kenney Fort Boulevard from Old Settlers Boulevard to Chandler Creek Blvd. Supplemental Agreement No. 1 was for $79,745.

No. 2 was for $505,778.00
