Consider a resolution ratifying the execution of Joint Election Agreement and Contract for Election Services with Williamson County and Participating Entities for the May 4, 2024 General and Special Elections.

Body

This agreement allows the City to contract with Williamson County to conduct our General and Special Elections. In addition, it allows the City to share costs with all other participating Williamson County entities. Costs include election equipment, programming, election personnel, supplies, services, and administrative costs.
