Consider a resolution approving the action of the Round Rock Transportation and Economic Development Corporation in amending the Transportation Capital Improvement Program (TCIP).

This amendment to the Transportation Capital Improvement Program (TCIP) includes a budget adjustment. The primary objective of this amendment is to increase or add additional funding for multiple projects. The items included in the amendment are the following:
1) Increased budget for two projects and additional budget for one new project. Increased proposed for the following projects:
a) Add budget for new project Gattis School Rd Segments 4&5 (Double Creek Dr to Meister Ln & Rusk Rd to Via Sonoma Trail) by $2,000,000. for design and ROW acquisition.
b) Increase the budget for Chisholm Trail North (Old Settlers to IH 35 Frontage Rd) by $7,100,000. for construction & contingency.
c) Increase the budget for Wyoming Springs (Creek Bend Blvd/Brightwater Blvd to FM3406/Old Settlers Blvd) by $16,500,000. for construction & contingency.
This amendment to the TCIP budget results in an additional programming of Type B $25,600,000.
