Title

Body

The proposed Rule 11 agreement would settle the currently active condemnation lawsuit for this property acquisition. The City previously paid the amount of $185,165 in return for a Possession and Use Agreement for the right of way parcel. The proposed total settlement price of $415,000 ($229,835 net owing) includes the addition of a temporary easement for driveway reconstruction which was added subsequent to the condemnation suit filing. The proposed settlement has been reviewed with and recommended for approval by the Executive Director of Public Works.

Cost: $229,835.00
