This resolution authorizes the Mayor to execute a Citywide Contract with Office Depot utilizing the OMNIA Partners Cooperative Contract, formerly The Cooperative Purchasing Network. The agreement with Office Depot will provide the City with contract pricing for office supplies, related products, and services needed to support City operations under OMNIA Partners Cooperative Contract # R190303 for a term through June 30, 2024.
The contract is issued in an amount not to exceed $450,000 for the term of the contract for supplies purchased from Office Depot. The costs are paid for from the department's operating budget.
