Consider a resolution authorizing a supplemental to the existing contract between the City of Round Rock and Heat Transfer Solution, Inc. (R-2022-278). Several mechanical units hit their life-cycle replacement along with other units needing replaced prior to their life cycle, which has necessitated the need for an increase to the existing contract
