Title

Consider a resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute Change Order No. 1 to the Agreement with SpawGlass Contractors, Inc. for the Old Settler's Buildout Project (Recreation Center).

 

Body

As part of the Construction Manager at Risk Agreement between the City of Round Rock and SpawGlass Contractors, Inc., savings during the execution of construction are returned to the Owner. This resolution for approval is for the amount $990,710.00 to be unallocated from construction via a Change Order. The total amount of this Change Order is a result of buyout savings and unused funds from a tariff tax contingency from Package 3C-Rec Center-GMP2 resulting in project savings on the Athletic Performance Center.
