With this agreement General Services will establish a contract with TK Elevator Corporation for City Hall elevator remodel.
The City Hall elevator is outdated and parts for the elevator have become obsolete. Although the elevator is working good right now, if it were to go down we could be looking at six months to get it replaced.
This contract was established through a competitively solicited cooperative process.
Cost: $119,416.73
