Consider a resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute a Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Agreement with Williamson-Burnet County Opportunities for the 2013-2014 Trails and Landscaping Program.

Requesting execution of an agreement with Williamson Burnet Counties Opportunties in the amount of $100,000 for the construction of site trails and landscaping at the new Head Start building on 1001 East Main Street. This project was approved by City Council in the CDBG 2013-2014 Annual Action Plan on July 25, 2013.
This project meets a "High" priority need as identified in the CDBG Five Year Consolidated Plan (2009-2013) and is an eligible CDBG Activity.
Recommended Action
Staff recommends approval.
