A total of five (5) sealed bids were received and opened on March 2, 2023 for the above referenced project. The bids ranged from $3,543,440.05 to $4,594,122.39. Bennett Paving, Inc. from Leander, TX, submitted the lowest bid in the amount of $3,543,440.05.
After reviewing the contractor’s experience and bid price, staff recommends award of this project to Bennett Paving, Inc. in the amount of $3,543,440.05.
