Consider a resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute an Agreement for Architectural Services and accompanying Supplemental Agreement No. 1 with McKinney York Architects for the Fire Station No. 11 Project.

Body

This resolution is for an Architectural Services Agreement between McKinney York Architects and the City of Round Rock for design changes to the prototype design and construction administration services. The design for Fire Station No. 11 will be a four-bay station, like Fire Station No. 10, with the addition of a Police North Satellite Office. McKinney York Architects has provided similar services for Fire Stations No. 3, No. 1, and No. 10, making them familiar with the design and a cost effective choice for Fire Station No. 11.

 

Cost: $371,900.00
