Construction bids for the Eagles Nest Street - Phase 1 project were opened by the City on Tuesday, July 7th. Twelve bids were received with a range from $3,525,313 to $5,468,124.
Corrections were made to the total base bid amount for Capital Excavation, G. Hyatt, and ProDirt which were inconsequential in terms of which contractor had the lowest bid. Based on being the lowest responsive bid, we recommend award of the construction contract to JL Gray Construction.
