Volkert, Inc. successfully reviewed all bids presented by interested contractors at the bid opening held on December 9, 2025, for the Forest Creek Drive Left Turn Lane Improvement Project. A total of five bidders provided bids and supporting documentation compliant with City of Round Rock requirements. The bids received ranged from $172,005.14 to $262,954.00.
After reviewing all bids, the apparent lowest bidder with a total bid amount of $172,005.14 was Lone Star Sitework, LLC and staff recommends proceeding with the contract award.
