Title

Consider a resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute a Real Estate Contract with Avery Ranch Company, Ltd., et.al.,  for the purchase of a 1.62 acre parcel required for construction of the proposed Kenney Fort Boulevard - Segment 5 roadway project.

 

Body

This parcel of land is required for the future Kenney Fort Boulevard - Segment 5 roadway project which currently under design.  The purchase contract price was calculated using the same land unit value paid for a prior adjacent right-of-way lot acquisition with the same parties.

 

 

Cost: $162,000.00
