Consider a resolution updating the Program Boundaries for the City of Round Rock Facade and Site Improvement Grant Program. Updating the geographic boundaries of the program will further the public purposes originally identified by encouraging reinvestment and redevelopment in the targeted areas of the city. Exhibit "A" is the revised map identifying the properties within program guidelines and replaces the original map.
City council established the City of Round Rock Facade and Site Program by Resolution R-2023-139 on May 11, 2023.
