Consider a resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute Supplemental Agreement No. 1 to “Agreement between the City of Round Rock and Ford Audio-Video Systems, LLC for the Purchase of Audio Visual Equipment, Supplies and Services.” This supplemental agreement will increase the total compensation under the agreement by $4,000,000.00, for a revised total not-to-exceed amount of $9,000,000.00 for the remaining term of the contract. The agreement provides for the continued purchase of audio visual equipment, supplies, and related services utilized by various City departments and facilities. Ford Audio-Video Systems, LLC is an approved vendor through the Texas Interlocal Purchasing System (TIPS) under Contract No. 230901, of which the City is a participating member.

 

Cost: $4,000,000.00
