Consider a resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute a Building Security Equipment Agreement with Entech Sales & Services, Inc.

With this agreement we will be replacing the current security system within the City of Round Rock. Currently the City has Stanley Security Services and they are not performing to the contract.
The evaluation team reached out to other entities and found Entech Security as the number one recommended provider. Currently Entech is servicing the City of Austin, Austin Police and all AT&T facilities. These proposals will be replacing the existing security like it is today. This system will be a one time purchase and will eliminate the month to month charge we are currently paying for our security.
Cost: $424,617.00
Source of Funds: 214,036.00 LE funds and $210,581.00 General Self Construction Fund
