This is a request for a voluntary annexation of an undeveloped tract totaling 2.19 acres generally located north of Gattis School Rd. between Round Rock Ranch Blvd. and Kenney Fort Blvd. The property is currently located within the City of Round Rock’s Extra Territorial Jurisdiction (ETJ) in Williamson County.
The 2030 Future Land Use Map (FLUM) designates the subject tract as residential and open space. A proposal for original zoning to the C-2 (Local Commercial) zoning district is a companion item to this annexation.
