This Amendment to the Professional Services Agreement with PBK Sports is for additional design work related the Old Settlers Park Athletic Performance Center and the Multipurpose Complex. The original agreement with PBK Sports is to design approximately 26,000 square foot PARD admin office, lobby, conference rooms, rec/event storage, camp room/meeting room, loading dock, and support spaces; 20,000 square foot recreation center with 1 gym and fitness area; and a 9,200 square foot clubhouse with locker rooms, meeting rooms, admin/operations office, restrooms, storage rooms, and support spaces, auxiliary building with restrooms, storage, and concessions for the Multipurpose Complex. The amendment for $797,220.00 includes additional design work for a 29,763 square foot PARD admin office to account for future expansion; 39,956 square foot athletic performance center with additional multipurpose rooms, emersion exercise room, therapy pool, airnasium; and additions to the multipurpose complex including an additional 3,113 square foot building with player amenities. The new not to exceed amount for this agreement is $2,832,770.00.
