Consider a resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute a Reimbursement Agreement with Seminole Pipeline Company, LLC related to the CR 112 Road Project.

Body

County Road 112 or CR-112 has been on the Master Transportation Plan for many years and is currently approaching a construction bid date.  In order for the expansion to be completed when it goes to construction a major gas line will have to be extended and cased.

This agreement with the Seminole Pipeline Company is for the work to extend the 16-inch casing and 14-inch gas pipe approximately 85 feet for a cost of $575,600.00.

Cost: $575,600.00
