Consider a resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute Supplemental Agreement No. 2 to "City of Round Rock Agreement for Purchase of Master Meter Products with HydroPro Solutions, Inc."

The City of Round Rock uses an Automated Metering Infrastructure (AMI) water meter system that is able to do many things that benefits the City regarding water usage, billing, and water loss. Master Meter is the company that the City has been purchasing our meters from for a little over 15 years now. HydroPro Solutions is a local vendor for Master Meter. They are able to maintain a constant supply of water meters in house which helps tremendously with time frame of deliveries. With this agreement, the City will be able to continue purchasing our meter inventory for new developments and normal utility operations.
Supplemental No. 1 adds an additional year to the original contract for $500,000, which brings the total contract amount to a not-to-exceed amount of $2,300,000. The new term of the agreement is five years.
Supplemental No. 2 adds additional funding to the contract for $525,000, which brings the total contract amount to a not-to-exceed amount of $2,825,000.
