Consider a resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute Quantity Adjustment/Change Order No. 3 with Austin Engineering Co., Inc. for the Greenlawn Boulevard Project.

The Greenlawn Boulevard Widening project is constructing roadway, bridge, drainage, signal, illumination, and utility improvements along Greenlawn Boulevard from IH-35 to SH-45.
This change order associated with Quantity Adjustment/Change Order (QA/CO) No. 3 provides compensation for bridge beam storage resulting from revisions to the project sequencing, includes construction of a pedestrian rail tie-by foundation associated with the bridge work, and incorporates a payment for a traffic signal arm removed from the project through QA/CO No. 2. The associated quantity adjustment with QA/CO No.3 provides payment for waterline lowering and related utility work completed in coordination with The District development to eliminate utility conflicts and accommodate the proposed shared driveway connection.
The project continues to be constructed in coordination with The District development located north of Greenlawn Boulevard.
