Consider a resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute an Agreement with Lake Country Chevrolet Inc. for the purchase of vehicles.

 

Body

This agreement will establish a contract between the City of Round Rock and Lake Country Chevrolet, Inc. for the purchase of vehicles needed to support city operations. The TIPS Cooperative Purchasing Program Contract No. 240901 was established through a competitively solicited process and Lake Country, Inc. is an authorized vendor of that contract.

 

This agreement will establish an authorized source for the City of Round Rock to purchase Chevrolet vehicles.

 

Contract will expire on November 30, 2027.

 

Cost: $3,000,000.00

Source of Funds: Utility Fund and Vehicle and Equipment Replacement Funds
