The Williamson County requested the definition for “Temporary food establishment” in the Code of Ordinances, Part II, Chapter 18, be revised to match the definition in the Texas Administrative Code. The definition in the Texas Administrative Code is the definition the Williamson County and other cities in the county use. Temporary food establishments operate for a period of no more than 14 consecutive days in conjunction with a single event or celebration.
Staff recommends approval of the proposed code amendment.
