Consider a resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute a Quantity Adjustment/Change Order No. 5 with Patin Construction, LLC for the Heritage Trail West Project.

This Change Order with Patin Construction includes several items such as necessary spiral ramp embed plate modifications due to shop drawings showing overlaps on the plates, deductions for signage that will be installed at a later date, engraving Memorial Park on a planter, transportation improvements along Lee Street, modifications to the restroom walls, peirs and concrete pads for sculptures, electrical for a camera at the "round rock", painting steel at the spiral, limestone cladding at the spiral abutment, and installation of a maintenance drive along Chisholm Trail Road. The Heritage Trail project includes a 10' wide trail detailing the history of Round Rock as a timeline. The project spans from the Bathing Beach at Chisholm Trail Road to Mays Street and include improvements at Bathing Beach Park, Chisholm Trail Crossing Park, and Memorial Park. The programmatic elements of the project will include historical, educational, arts & cultural, and general park elements. All elements encourage community events and development revitalization along the corridor.
