Consider a resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute Resolution Amending Authorized Representatives with TexPool Participant Services.
Body
The City has accounts with TexPool, a local government investment pool. Because TexPool has the unique standing of being operated as a quasi-state agency backed pool, changes in investment officers require council approval. This resolution is to update the employees who can perform transactions on these TexPool accounts for the new Deputy CFO.
