Consider a resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute an Agreement for Fireworks Display Services with Alpha-Lee Enterprises, Inc.

This agenda item allows the City to enter into an agreement with Alpha-Lee Enterprises for services related to fireworks displays. The agreement is a three (3) year agreement with two renewal options for one (1) year each and is in response to a Request for Proposals sent out by the City. The agreement does not obligate the City to use any of the estimated annual quantity of services. If the City does need firework display services, such as for July 4th, the vendor shall provide fireworks at the agreed upon charge listed in Exhibit 'A'. Prices listed in Exhibit 'A' are firm for the duration of the agreement, unless changes are agreed upon by the City.
