Consider a resolution authorizing property tax refunds to HEB Grocery Co.,LP for 2009, 2010, 2011 and 2012 taxes totaling $15,195.83.

Body

State law requires that property tax refunds in excess of $500 be approved by the governing body. These refunds are the result of agreed judgments by the appraisal district reducing te taxable values on the 2009, 2010, 2011 and 2012 tax rolls.

Staff recommends approval.
