Consider a resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute the Second Amendment to the Amended and Restated Wholesale Water Supply and Wastewater Collection and Treatment Agreement with R&R Mobile Joint Venture.

 

Body

​R&R Mobile Joint Venture is currently a wholesale water and wastewater customer to the City of Round Rock. This Second Amendment to the Amended and Restated Wholesale Water Supply and Wastewater Collection and Treatment Agreement is between the City and R&R Mobile Joint Venture.  The original agreement between the parties was initiated in January 2000 and included 230 service units.  In July 2019, the parties agreed to add one additional unit as part of the First Amendment.  

 

This Second Amendment is for three additional Service Units to be added to the agreement.  As consideration for the purchase of these additional Service Units, R&R Mobile Joint Venture will pay a Water Impact Fee of $4,912 per unit and a Wastewater Impact fee of $2,921 per unit.
