This item is a “Software as a Service” (SaaS) agreement with Tyler Technologies for the hosting, licensing, and use of Tyler Technologies' Enterprise Public Safety Software. The agreement will replace the City’s existing public safety software, which includes Computer-Aided Dispatch (CAD), Records Management System (RMS), and Mobile operations modules.
The agreement provides a cloud-hosted solution to support our Public Safety operations, offering an extensive solution for legacy data storage and data analytics. In addition to CAD, RMS, and Mobile, this contract includes a separate Fire RMS solution, Emergency Networking, specifically designed for Fire Department operations.
This is a 5-year agreement, with a 1-year auto-renewal, not to exceed $4,386,345.
