This is a multi-year agreement between the City of Round Rock and Presidio Networked Solutions Group, LLC for the purchase of Cisco hardware, software, and related maintenance services. Presidio is an authorized reseller under DIR Contract No. DIR-CPO-5347, which provides discounted pricing and standardized terms for technology purchases by government entities.
The agreement allows the City to purchase Cisco-branded network equipment, software licenses, support, and professional services necessary to maintain and expand the City’s IT infrastructure, including public safety systems, network connectivity, and cybersecurity.
This contract authorizes the City to pay Presidio Networked Solutions Group, LLC an amount not-to-exceed $5,000,000.00 through January 7, 2030, for the purchase of Cisco products and related services under the DIR cooperative purchasing contract.
