These two properties are owned by the Catholic Diocese of Austin and are contiguous to the St. John Vianney Catholic Church property. The church submitted a request for voluntary annexation into the City. The 2.03-acre parcel is located at 5 Applegate Circle and the 2.51-acre parcel is located at 8 Lake Drive. The property on Applegate Circle is undeveloped and the church has no current plans for it. The Lake Drive property has several existing buildings, one which is being used as an office. Annexation will enable the church to provide water and sewer service to these properties.
