Consider a resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute a Contract for Engineering Services with American Structurepoint, Inc. for the Sam Bass at Hairy Man Road Intersection Improvements Project.

 

Body

This is a contract with American Structure Point for Engineering services for the Intersection Improvements at Hairy Man Road and Sam Bass Road.  They included developing two 30% Schematics for the type of roundabout that will best fit the intersection.  Also for managing a web site for the public and a public meeting to present the project.  They are to develop a full set of PS&E for the project and include construction management and bid phase services.  The cost for these services is $585,398.44.
